Once you have signed up and accepted as a dropship agent, you will be able to view dropship price at every item in the website. We also will provide new stocks via WhatsApp Broadcast.

2. If you are accepted, we will upgrade your account type to dropship agent once verified, within 3 working days.

a. Copy the photos of the products and post it on your website / facebook for promotion
b. You can sell at any price you want, same or higher, not lower. Except branded and price controlled items, you must not sell higher than suggested retail price.

b. Key in your address in the billing information (Your name and address in the billing information will be printed on the consignment note (shipping label) as sender
c. Key in your customer address as the shipping address (We do not ship to your address, drop ship account is strictly shipping to your customer address only)
3. Make Payment
a. Pay the amount due in the invoice (exact amount) to our bank accounts within 24 hours.
b. E-mail or whatsapp the payment details.
* If your payment does not match the invoice value, your order will not be prossesed as we have not received the full payment. Thus, kindly email us if you think there is a mistake with the invoice. Please do give exact amount as we do not put balance money in the parcel.
* For reseller making a few orders per day, please transfer the payment for each single order, rather than 1 lump sum for few orders. and fill in the payment form for each order separately.
4. Processing of Order
a. We are unable to cope with urgent orders, if your customer would like it urgently, it is advisable to buy from a retail store rather than disappointing your customer.
b. Most order will be shipped on the next working day, there will be cases like surge in volume, resources shortage or any unforseen circumstances where your order will only gets shipped in 2-3 working days, we seek your understanding on this. We have received numerous harrasment from reseller when such a delay happens, as such, if you could not accept such delay, this program may not be for you.
a. We will ship your customer order within 1-3 business day to your customer on your behalf
b. We will email the tracking number to you by 3PM on the day we post you customer's order. Please do not rush us for tracking number.
c. In the case of shipment delay from courier, kindly contact the respective courier to follow up with your customer shipment (with the tracking number given)

4. How do i know if the products are in stock?
All productst on our website are in stock, the products will not appear when it is out of stock. Even if it does appear, you will not be able to add to cart. But it still be processed by first pay, first served.
5. How much is the postage?
The shipping fee will be shown in the shopping cart when you add the items.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Depending on the item. Not all. Also will be shown in product detail or cart.

9. Do you provide tracking number?
Yes, all shipment comes with tracking number, we will email the tracking number to you by 3PM on the day we ship your customer's order. Please do not rush us for tracking number.

No, it is completely free. Subject to approval, we will review your Facebook page or Website to ensure that you are serious in selling.
11. When can i start selling?
Sign up as a member using your email address on our website, register through e-mail or whatsapp, we will reply to you within 3 working days, and by then you should be able to start selling.
12. Can i use your product photos for selling?
Please do that, the more photos you post, the better your chances are.
13. How much discount do i get?
Differ based on items. GOOD DISCOUNTS.
14. Can i buy your products for my own use?
Strictly NO, we are offerring the discount for drop ship purpose ONLY. You must ship to your customer address, If we find that you are using the account to ship to yourself, we will terminate your account immediately.
15. Can you post your product in my Facebook before i join the program?
Yes, by all means go ahead!
