When will My Order posted out?


After payment made and notify us via email or WhatsApp, we will ship your order within 1-3 business day(s).

Please be advised after shipping, courier may deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days for Semenanjung and 2-5 days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

Parcel may delay during festive season.


What if I have  and not received my order within the suggested timeframe?

1. You are advised to first track your package on the courier website with the tracking number emailed to you. You may also retrieve your tracking number in your account on our website. You could also call the courier company to ask for the status by giving them your tracking number. 

2. Sometimes, the courier might not be able to deliver to you because there is an error in the address provided or there was no one at the premise during delivery. In that case, you could schedule a second delivery with the courier.

3. Failing to follow up with the courier will result in your parcel being returned to us. In that case, we could always arrange for another delivery, but there will be charges involved.


Can you process Urgent delivery?


We are sorry to say that we cannot process urgent delivery. 



When will I receive the Tracking Number for my order?

For payment received and notifiied via e-mail or whatsapp today, we will process your order in the next 1-3 working days, once processed, we will email the tracking number to you.

*We are unable to cope with urgent delivery, as items are inspected before delivery to reduce quality issues and we are processing high volume of orders on a daily basis.




What courier company do you use?

Delivery to Malaysia

We use Poslaju for most deliveries to Malaysia, as we found that they are the most efficient and has the widest coverage in Malaysia. From our experience, once Poslaju picked up the parcels from our warehouse, it takes 1-3 working days for Poslaju to deliver your order.
